Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to departure, a full refund, minus a cancellation fee, will be issued.
If cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund, minus a cancellation fee, will be issued.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refund will be issued.
If the bus is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the bus is delayed due to mechanical issues, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the bus is cancelled due to mechanical issues, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the bus is cancelled due to weather, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the customer is unable to take the bus due to illness, a full refund, minus a cancellation fee, will be issued.
If the bus is delayed due to traffic or road conditions, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
APM offers free checked luggage allowance for passengers traveling within the country where code equals to za. The free checked luggage allowance is two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of up to 20kg.
Additional luggage items may be checked for a fee of ZAR 100 for each piece, with a combined weight of up to 20 kg.
Each piece of luggage must not exceed the dimensions of 62 inches (157 cm).
Passengers are allowed to bring small personal items such as a handbag, laptop bag, or briefcase. All bags including hand luggage must fit into the overhead lockers or under the seat in front.
Liquids, aerosols, and gels must be in containers of 100ml or less, placed in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag that can hold a maximum of 1 liter. All containers must fit comfortably inside the bag and it must be able to be sealed.
Sharp objects, such as knives and scissors, are not allowed inside the APM. Firearms and ammunition are strictly prohibited.
Explosive or flammable items, such as fireworks, lighters, and matches, are not permitted on board.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
APM does not allow any pets on their buses, regardless of the country code (ZA).
No animals of any kind are allowed on the buses, including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, and other animals.
Service animals are allowed on the buses if they meet the requirements set forth by the country's regulations.
Passengers must carry valid documentation for their service animals and must make sure that their animals are well-behaved during the journey.
APM reserves the right to deny any pet access to the bus if it is deemed to be disruptive, dangerous, or unhealthy.
