Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

If Baltour cancels a trip due to an unforeseen event or circumstance, passengers will be refunded the full cost of the trip, including any applicable taxes.
If a passenger cancels their Baltour trip more than 7 days prior to the departure date, they will be refunded the full cost of the trip, including any applicable taxes.
If a passenger cancels their Baltour trip less than 7 days prior to the departure date, they will be refunded 50% of the cost of the trip, including any applicable taxes.
If a passenger does not show up for the scheduled Baltour trip, they will not be refunded any of the trip cost.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
Passengers on Baltour can bring one piece of standard size luggage per ticketed passenger, plus a small personal item such as a laptop bag, briefcase, or purse.
Items such as skis, golf bags, large musical instruments, and bicycles must be pre-arranged with Baltour.
Any luggage that exceeds the standard size or weight limit (up to 20 kg/44 lbs) must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Any items that are considered dangerous such as sharp objects, explosives, or flammable items are not allowed.
Passengers must be able to lift their own luggage onto the bus, Baltour cannot provide assistance with luggage.
Any additional luggage exceeding the standard size and weight limit may be subject to a fee.
All luggage must be labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
Baltour does not allow pets onboard their buses.
They do not accept any type of pet, including cats, dogs, rodents, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and other animals.
Service animals are the only animals allowed on Baltour buses.
Service animals are defined as any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times.
Service animals must remain on the floor and may not occupy a seat.
