• Cancellations up to 24 hours before departure: Passengers can cancel the trip more than 24 hours in advance. They'll receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure: If you cancel within 24 hours before your bus leaves, Greyhound Australia will charge a 50% cancellation fee. If the remaining balance is less than 20 AUD, no refund will be provided.
• Non-refundable tickets: Some ticket types may be non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. You should check the ticket's specific terms and conditions.
• Missed buses: If you miss your bus, you will not be guaranteed a seat on the next service and a rebooking fee might apply.
