Cancellation Policy for Bus Travel on IAS Touring S.r.l. (Italy)

  • Cancellation by the passenger:
    • If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the departure time, a full refund will be provided.
    • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the departure time, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by IAS Touring S.r.l.:
    • In the unlikely event that IAS Touring S.r.l. cancels the bus trip, a full refund will be provided to the passenger.
  • Missed departures:
    • If the passenger arrives late and misses the departure time, no refund will be provided.
  • Unavailable seats:
    • In the rare event that IAS Touring S.r.l. is unable to accommodate a passenger with a reserved seat, an alternative seat will be provided. If no alternative seat is available, a full refund will be provided to the passenger.
