Itabus Luggage Policy

• Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage on board for no extra charge.
• Hand luggage should fit under the passenger's seat or in the overhead compartments, and should not exceed 5 kg in weight.
• In addition to hand luggage, passengers can carry one piece of checked luggage. These should fit in the baggage compartment of the bus.
• Checked luggage should not exceed 20 kg in weight.

Additional Charges

• Any additional luggage beyond the allowed limit will be subject to extra charges.
• The charges are determined at the discretion of Itabus and depend on the availability of space in the luggage compartment.

Accepted Guidelines for Luggage

• Luggage should be securely closed and labelled with the passenger's name and contact information.
• The company is not liable for loss or damage of valuables such as money, jewelry, electronics, or important documents carried in the checked luggage.
• The company reserves the right to refuse luggage that may cause danger or discomfort to other passengers.

Prohibited Items

• Explosive, flammable, or radioactive materials are not permitted.
• Weaponry of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, and ammunition, is strictly forbidden.
• Drugs and other illegal substances are not allowed.
• Live animals, except for guide dogs accompanying visually impaired passengers, are not permitted on the bus.
