Cancellation Policy for Bus Travel with Majer in Poland

Terms and Scenarios

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your bus trip at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket fare.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your bus trip within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket fare will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No Refund: If you cancel your bus trip less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time or if you fail to show up for the trip, no refund will be provided.
  • Change of Reservation: If you wish to change your reservation to a different date or time, you can do so without any additional charges if the change is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Change Fee: If you request a change in your reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time, a change fee of 10% of the ticket fare will be applicable.
  • Missed Departure: In case you miss the bus departure due to unforeseen circumstances or delays on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. It is recommended to arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • Luggage Policy on Majer:
    • Passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage on their bus journey.
    • The total weight of both pieces of luggage should not exceed 50 kilograms (110 pounds).
    • Each piece of luggage should not exceed the dimensions of 80cm x 50cm x 30cm.
    • Luggage exceeding the size and weight limits may be subject to additional fees or may not be allowed on board.
  • Extra Taxes on Luggage:
    • There are no extra taxes on luggage within the standard limits mentioned above.
    • Any luggage exceeding the weight or size limits will be subject to an additional fee of 10 EUR per kilogram or may be refused.
  • Allowed Items:
    • Passengers are allowed to bring personal belongings such as clothes, electronics, and toiletries.
    • Strollers and wheelchairs for passengers with mobility issues are permitted.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • Explosives, flammable substances, and firearms are strictly prohibited.
    • Live animals (except for service animals) are not allowed on board.
    • Perishable items such as fresh food or flowers are not permitted.

  • Pets are allowed to travel on Majer buses in Poland.
  • The following types of pets are allowed:
    • Small dogs (up to 5 kg)
    • Cats
    • Small domestic animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.)
  • Pets must be kept in a secure carrier/cage throughout the journey.
  • The carrier/cage must be placed on the passenger's lap or on the floor.
  • Pets are not allowed to occupy seats or the aisle.
  • Pets should not cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers.
  • Pets should be clean, odorless, and well-behaved.
  • Majer reserves the right to refuse transportation to any pet that poses a risk or is unmanageable during travel.
  • The transportation of larger dogs, reptiles, birds, and exotic animals is not permitted on Majer buses.
  • Passengers traveling with pets are responsible for their own pet's well-being and safety.
  • Passengers must keep their pets on a leash or in a carrier/cage while at the bus terminal or boarding area.
  • Passengers may be required to present necessary health certificates or documents for their pets, as required by local regulations.
