Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Sigma Bus in Poland:
1. Cancellation by the passenger:
If the cancellation is requested 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time, a full refund will be provided.
If the cancellation is requested between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refund will be provided for cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
2. Cancellation by Sigma Bus:
In the event that Sigma Bus cancels a trip, passengers will receive a full refund.
Sigma Bus reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other situation that may jeopardize passenger safety.
3. No-show Policy:
If a passenger fails to board the bus without prior cancellation or notification, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be made through the official Sigma Bus website or by contacting their customer service directly.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used during the booking.
Refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
Passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage.
The dimensions of each piece of luggage must not exceed 70 cm x 30 cm x 50 cm.
The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kg.
Passengers are also allowed to bring one small piece of hand luggage, such as a laptop bag or small backpack.
Additional luggage or oversized items may require an extra fee.
Any extra fees for additional luggage must be paid at the time of boarding.
Passengers are not allowed to bring any dangerous or prohibited items, such as firearms, explosives, flammable substances, or perishable goods.
Passengers are responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage.
Sigma Bus reserves the right to inspect any luggage for security purposes.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on Sigma Bus with certain restrictions and guidelines that must be followed by passengers.
Only small pets are allowed to travel on the bus.
Pets must be well-behaved, controlled, and accompanied by their owners at all times.
Pets must be properly confined and/or restrained in a suitable carrier or crate.
Pets are not allowed to roam freely inside the bus.
All pets must have valid identification tags and necessary vaccination documentation.
Pets must not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other passengers.
Passengers are responsible for the behavior, cleanliness, and any potential damages caused by their pets.
Pets with offensive odor or poor hygiene may be denied boarding.
Pets that may pose a threat to the safety or well-being of other passengers or staff are strictly prohibited.
