Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
  • If a customer has booked the trip and needs to change the departure date or time, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Changes made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will not be accepted.
  • Cancellations or changes may be done by contacting Damas customer service at +34 607 000 000.
  • Damas reserves the right to cancel or delay service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather-related delays, acts of nature, or other events beyond our control. In these cases, customers will receive a full refund.
  • Damas is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a cancelled or delayed trip, such as hotel, restaurant, or other expenses.
  • Damas will not be liable for any lost or damaged items that customers bring on board.

  • Damas in ES allows passengers to bring 1 suitcase and 1 item of hand luggage per person.
  • The suitcase must not exceed 30 kg.
  • The hand luggage must not exceed 10 kg.
  • Passengers may bring items such as umbrellas, laptops, reading material, cameras, etc. in their hand luggage.
  • Items that are not allowed on board include weapons, explosives, and other dangerous items.
  • Additional fees may be applicable for the transport of large items such as bicycles and surfboards.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed on Damas buses in Spain, but they must travel in an animal carrier.
  • The carrier must not exceed the maximum measurements of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm and must not weigh more than 6kg.
  • The pet must be muzzled and wearing a collar or leash at all times.
  • Only one pet per passenger is allowed.
  • Pets must not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other passengers.
  • The animal carrier must not be placed on a seat, it must remain on the floor.
  • Only small pets such as cats, dogs, rodents and birds are allowed on board.
  • Large pets, reptiles, amphibians and dangerous animals are not allowed on board.
