- Eagle Liner will cancel a ticket if the customer requests it 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- If a customer cancels within 24 hours of departure, the ticket will be non-refundable.
- If a customer does not show up for a scheduled departure, the ticket will be non-refundable.
- If a customer requests to change the date or time of the scheduled departure, a new ticket must be purchased.
- If a customer does not pick up their ticket within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, the ticket will be non-refundable.
- If Eagle Liner needs to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond their control, the customer will receive a full refund.
