  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will be applied.
  • If the cancellation is made within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 75% of the fare will be applied.
  • Cancellations cannot be made after the scheduled departure time and there will be no refunds of any kind.

  • Passengers are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked luggage.
  • Hand luggage must not exceed 8 kg (17.6 lbs) in weight and should not exceed the size of 55x40x20 cm (21.6x15.7x7.9 in).
  • Checked luggage must not exceed 23 kg (50.7 lbs) in weight and should not exceed the size of 120x90x40 cm (47.2x35.4x15.7 in).
  • For each additional piece of luggage a fee of ZAR 50 will be charged.
  • The following items are not allowed: firearms and weapons, combustible materials, pets, and any hazardous or illegal materials.

  • Pets such as reptiles, rodents, amphibians, birds, or farm animals are not allowed to travel on Eldo Coaches in country with code za.
