Flexible Cancellations

  • If you cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before its departure, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of its departure, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel your ticket for any reason within 24 hours of its departure, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If the bus operator cancels your ticket for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you change your ticket for any reason, you will be charged a fee of £5.00.
  • If you miss your bus for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Smooth Luggage

  • Passengers on First Badgerline are entitled to bring one small bag and one standard sized suitcase free of charge.
  • Additional bags can be brought, but may incur a charge.
  • Small bags should not exceed 45cm x 36cm x 20cm (18in x 14in x 8in).
  • Standard sized suitcases should not exceed 80cm x 60cm x 30cm (32in x 24in x 12in).
  • Passengers may not bring any items that are considered a safety risk, including sharp objects, weapons, explosives, combustible items and hazardous materials.
  • Passengers may not bring any items deemed offensive, including pornographic or political material.
  • Passengers may not bring any live animals, aside from assistance animals.
  • Passengers may not bring any large items of furniture, including chairs and tables.

  • Pets are allowed on First Badgerline buses in GB, however they must be kept on a lead or in an appropriate pet carrier at all times.
  • Animals must not be left unattended on the bus at any time.
  • Due to size and safety, no dogs are allowed on board.
  • The only pets allowed on board are cats, small caged animals, and service animals.
  • Pets must not cause a nuisance or disturbance.
  • Any pet that is deemed to be a danger to other passengers or the driver may not be allowed to travel.
