- Luggage Policy on FixTrain
- Passengers are allowed to bring 1 piece of hand luggage and 2 pieces of checked-in luggage per passenger.
- Hand luggage should not exceed the dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
- Checked-in luggage should not exceed the dimensions of 80 x 60 x 30 cm.
- Each piece of luggage should not exceed the weight of 30 kg.
- Additional fees will apply if the weight of the luggage exceeds the limitations.
- The following items are not allowed to bring inside the FixTrain: weapons, inflammable materials, explosives and hazardous materials.

Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on FixTrain in Germany (code 'de') as long as they are in a secure, enclosed container.
- The container must be large enough for the pet to move around and have access to food and water.
- The pet must remain in the container at all times while on the train.
- The pet must be escorted by an adult at all times.
- The pet must not be a nuisance to other passengers.
- Only certain types of pets are allowed on the train, and these include cats, dogs, birds, and some small rodents and reptiles.
- Pets that are not allowed on the train include snakes, ferrets, hedgehogs, and pigs.
