Hife cheap bus tickets and best schedules

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will not be entitled to a refund.
• Cancellations due to force majeure (i.e. natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are subject to the discretion of the bus operator.
• If the bus operator decides to cancel a trip due to force majeure, the customer will be refunded the full cost of the ticket.
• Cancellations due to technical issues with the bus will be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations due to driver illness will be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations due to passenger illness or injury will be subject to the discretion of the bus operator.

• Passengers travelling by Hife are allowed to carry up to 2 pieces of luggage (suitcase or bag) with them.
• Each luggage piece must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 30 kilograms and the maximum size of 75 cm x 50 cm x 25 cm.
• All luggage must be labeled with the passenger’s name and contact details.
• Items that are not allowed on Hife include any hazardous materials, animals, weapons, and drugs.
• An extra fee of €2 must be paid for each piece of luggage.
• For passengers who require additional luggage space, Hife offers a luggage service for an additional fee.
