Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, a fee of up to 50% of the fare may be charged.
- If a passenger does not show up for a reservation, a fee of up to 100% of the fare may be charged.
- Passengers may be able to receive a full refund if the cancellation is made due to a medical emergency, a death in the family, or an official government order.
- Cancellations due to weather-related delays or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- If the bus is delayed due to weather, the passenger may receive a full refund.
- Cancellations due to mechanical issues or driver-related issues must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- If the bus is delayed due to mechanical or driver-related issues, the passenger may receive a full refund.
- Cancellations due to natural disasters must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Kantol has a strict luggage policy in place for all passengers travelling in UA.
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of small hand luggage and one large suitcase with a maximum weight of 15kg.
- For all additional luggage, passengers will be charged a fee of 10 UAH per kilo.
- Passengers are also allowed to bring small items such as a laptop, camera, or book, but these must be carried in the hand luggage.
- Food and drinks are allowed on the bus, but alcohol and weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed on the bus and any dangerous goods are also prohibited.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Kantol allows passengers to bring small pets on board with them, as long as they are in a pet carrier.
- Pets must remain in the pet carrier for the duration of the ride.
- Passengers are responsible for any accidents that their pet may cause.
- Passengers must clean up after their pet.
- Pets must not be a danger to other passengers or bus staff.
- Passengers must declare any pet prior to boarding.
- Passengers must pay a pet fee.
- The following pets are allowed: cats, dogs, small birds, and small rodents.
- The following pets are not allowed: large animals, dangerous animals, reptiles, and insects.
