- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the departure of the bus.
- If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the departure of the bus, a fee of 50 PLN will be charged.
- If cancellations are made on the same day of the departure of the bus, a fee of 100 PLN will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 3 hours of the departure of the bus, no refund will be given.
- If a passenger does not show up for the bus on the day of departure, no refund will be given.
- No refunds will be given for any other reason.

Luggage Policy
• Luggage Policy on Lux-Reisen Bis in PL:
- Passengers are allowed to bring one carry-on item and one checked bag as standard.
- Carry-on items must not exceed 10kgs. Checked baggage must not exceed 20kgs. Any excess baggage must be declared and paid for.
- Hand luggage must fit in the overhead compartments or under the seat in front of you.
- Items such as sporting goods, musical instruments, firearms and pets are not allowed to be carried on board.
- Taxes on luggage may vary depending on the destination, so please check with the Lux-Reisen Bis customer service before traveling.

- Pets are allowed on Lux-Reisen Bis in the country where code = pl, as long as they are in an appropriate travel container.
- The passenger is responsible for the pet's behavior and for the cleanliness of the vehicle.
- The maximum size of pet allowed is 40 cm (length, width and height).
- The passenger is obliged to keep the pet in the container during the entire journey.
- Pets must not cause a disturbance or a nuisance.
- The driver has the right to refuse entry to the vehicle if the pet causes a disturbance or a nuisance.
- The passenger is not allowed to bring the following kinds of pets: cats, dogs, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and birds.
