Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure time.
- Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or in person at the ticket office.
- If a cancellation is made online or by phone, a cancellation fee may be applicable.
- Cancellations made in person at the ticket office will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a ticket is not used and the bus departs without a passenger, no refund will be issued.
- If a ticket is lost or stolen, no refund will be issued.
- If a trip is cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, passengers will be eligible for a refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Mokrzycki-BUS in Poland allows passengers to bring two pieces of luggage per person, with each piece not exceeding 25 kg in weight.
- In addition to the two pieces of luggage, passengers may also carry one small carry-on bag, not exceeding 5 kg in weight.
- Any luggage that exceeds the maximum weight or size will be subject to an additional fee.
- Passengers are allowed to bring food and drinks on board, but these items must not be consumed during the trip.
- Smoking, weapons, and illegal substances are not allowed on board.
- Animals are allowed on board, but only if they are in cages or containers and do not pose a threat to other passengers.

- Pets are allowed on Mokrzycki-BUS in Poland, but must be kept in a suitable pet carrier at all times.
