  • Passengers can cancel their tickets up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel more than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 30 minutes and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket price.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you will not receive a refund.
  • If the bus is delayed, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the bus is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you miss the bus, you will not receive a refund.

  • Luggage Policy on RegioJet:
  • Passengers are allowed to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage.
  • The total weight of all 3 pieces of luggage must not exceed 20 kg.
  • The maximum size of any one piece of luggage must not exceed 80 cm in length, 60 cm in width and 40 cm in height.
  • Large items such as bicycles and surfboards must be transported in special luggage boxes, and the weight and size of these items must be declared at the time of booking.
  • Extra taxes may apply for each additional piece of luggage.
  • It is not allowed to bring dangerous or illegal items, such as weapons and drugs, onboard the RegioJet.
  • Animals must be kept in suitable pet carriers and the weight of pet carriers must be declared at the time of booking.
