  • Refunds for cancellations due to an emergency or illness must be requested within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
  • Refunds for other cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    • The total weight of the checked baggage should not exceed 50 lbs or 22.5 kg.
    • Any additional baggage exceeding the above limits will incur additional charges.

  • No pets are allowed to be in the aisle or occupy a seat.
  • No pets are allowed to travel on the driver's lap.
  • No pets are allowed to be exposed or placed in the overhead luggage rack.
  • Passengers must clean up after their pets at all times.
  • Only small animals such as cats and dogs are allowed on board. Other types of pets like reptiles and rodents are not allowed on board.
