Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel your ticket, you must do so 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
- If Segesta Autolinee has to cancel a route due to a mechanical issue, they will provide you with a full refund.
- If you miss your bus, the ticket will not be refunded.
- If you have a ticket for a specific route and you miss the bus, your ticket will be valid for the next bus that is available.
- If you are unable to travel due to illness or injury, you may be eligible for a full refund if you provide proof of illness or injury.
- If you are traveling with a group, all members must cancel 24 hours before departure in order to receive a refund.
- If you have purchased a multi-trip ticket, they must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the first trip.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Passengers are allowed to bring one small piece of hand luggage with them in the cabin at no extra cost.
- Each passenger may also bring one large bag or suitcase, with a maximum weight of 10kg, which will be carried in the hold at no extra cost.
- If a passenger wishes to bring a second large suitcase or bag with them, they will be charged an additional fee of €7.00.
- A third suitcase or bag will be charged an additional fee of €14.00.
- Any additional luggage items will be charged €7.00 each.
- Strollers and car seats for infants and children must be checked in for an additional fee of €2.00.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, weapons or explosives on board.
- Animals are not allowed inside the cabin, but may be transported in the hold at an additional fee of €7.00.

- Animals that are allowed on Segesta Autolinee include cats, dogs, and small caged animals.
- Animals that are NOT allowed on Segesta Autolinee include rodents, reptiles, and other large animals.
- Passengers must ensure that their pet does not disturb other passengers by barking, growling, or otherwise making noise.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by their pet, and must clean up after them.
