Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made via the official website or by calling the customer service.
- If cancellations are made more than 48 hours before departure, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellations are made between 24 and 48 hours before departure, a partial refund is granted.
- If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before departure, no refund is possible.
- In the case of a missed journey, the passenger must contact the customer service to change the ticket for a future journey.
- In the case of a delayed bus, passengers can either be reimbursed or have their tickets changed for a later journey.
- In the case of a cancelled journey, passengers will be reimbursed in full or have their tickets changed for a later journey.
- Tickets can be refunded or changed only with the approval of the customer service.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Sicilbus allows passengers to bring one small piece of hand luggage, such as a handbag, laptop, or briefcase, which must fit under the seat in front of them.
- In addition, passengers are allowed to bring one medium-sized item, such as a suitcase, which must be placed in the overhead locker or in the luggage compartment.
- Items such as sports equipment, musical instruments, and large items of luggage may be brought on board but must be checked in at the ticket office prior to boarding the bus.
- There is a fee for each additional piece of luggage that passengers bring with them, and for each item of large luggage.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any items on board that may cause a disturbance or be hazardous to other passengers, such as weapons, explosives, and flammable materials.
- Animals, other than guide dogs, are not allowed on board Sicilbus.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Sicilbus allows pets on board, as long as their owners comply with the following conditions:
- The pet must be in a secure carrier, measuring no more than 40x50x30 cm.
- The carrier must be placed on the floor in the area between the seats.
- The pet must not disturb other passengers.
- The pet must not cause damage to the bus.
- The pet must not occupy a seat.
- Only cats, dogs, and small animals such as birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits are allowed on board.
- Snakes, lizards, and other reptiles are not allowed on board.
