- If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, Simet Spa will not provide any refund.
- If the scheduled departure time is changed by Simet Spa, customers may request a refund for the affected ticket.
- In case of force majeure, Simet Spa reserves the right to cancel tickets with no refund.
- In case of natural disasters, Simet Spa reserves the right to cancel the ticket with no refund.
- If the customer is unable to travel due to health reasons, Simet Spa reserves the right to cancel the ticket with no refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Simet Spa:
- Passengers are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked baggage per person.
- Hand luggage must be no larger than 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm (21.5 in x 13.7 in x 9.8 in).
- Checked baggage must not exceed a total of 20 kg (44 lbs) including any handles and wheels.
- Additional fees may apply for additional checked baggage.
- Passengers may also bring items such as coats, umbrellas, and laptop computers as carry-on items.
- Liquids and weapons are prohibited from the cabin.

Pet Policy
- Simet Spa does not allow pets of any kind on their buses.
- No animals, including cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles, birds, and small mammals, are allowed to travel on their buses.
- Service animals such as guide dogs are allowed on board, but must be registered in advance.
- Passengers must present their service animal's registration documents to the bus driver upon boarding.
- Any pet that is not a registered service animal will be denied entry onto the bus.
- Passengers must ensure that their service animal is well-behaved, and is kept on a lead or in a cage at all times while on board.
