• Cancellations must be requested at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the train.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the train's departure, you will be refunded the full fare.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the train's departure, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel within 12 hours of the train's departure, you will receive a 25% refund.
• If you cancel within 6 hours of the train's departure, you will receive a 10% refund.
• If you cancel within 2 hours of the train's departure, you will not be eligible for a refund.
