Just completely overcrowded, no proper guidance system, chaos and in winter I wouldn't wish a late train on anyone. Trains can sometimes no longer come in because everything is so crowded and uncoordinated and you really don't feel safe at Hamburg HBF. I hope that there is never an emergency situation in this station; with overcrowding, in normal operation you are almost trampled and squashed back and forth. Just uncomfortable.

Quite ok. But regularly overcrowded and also not so clean. Really needs to be renovated. But then you have to close the train station for 40 years (if everything works out). How it is in Germany..... ALL announcements should be bilingual as standard. But somehow not here.
