Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Szwagropol in Poland allows passengers to carry up to two pieces of luggage per passenger for free.
- The total weight of the luggage must not exceed 30 kg.
- Additional luggage will be charged at a rate of 10 zloty per kg.
- Items allowed inside the bus are: small handbags, briefcases, small backpacks, and laptop bags.
- Items not allowed inside the bus: large luggage, suitcases, shopping bags, and items that could disturb other passengers.
- For safety reasons, passengers must store all luggage in the luggage compartment under the bus.

Pet Policy
- Szwagropol allows passengers to bring pets on board, provided that the animal is in a secure container.
- Pets must be kept in their secure container at all times while on board the bus.
- Only small animals, weighing up to 10 kg, are allowed on board. Larger animals will not be allowed.
- Animals that may be brought on board include cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and other small animals.
- Animals that are not allowed on board include ferrets, reptiles, rodents, birds, and other animals that may cause a disturbance.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their pet's container is secure and that their pet remains inside it at all times.
