Luggage Policy
- When traveling with TGV Ouigo in France, the general luggage policy is as follows:
- Passengers are permitted to bring one piece of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 12kg, and one piece of checked luggage, with a maximum weight of 25kg, per passenger.
- Passengers may be required to pay an additional fee for checked or excess luggage.
- Items that are not allowed inside the TGV Ouigo include: restricted items (explosives, firearms, or dangerous items); items that exceed the size and weight restrictions; animals (except for service animals); and items that are deemed hazardous.
- In addition to the fees for checked baggage and excess luggage, passengers may be required to pay an additional fee for items that require special handling, such as bicycles and skis.

Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on TGV Ouigo in France, but only in a pet carrier.
- Only one pet per passenger is allowed and it should not exceed 8kg in weight.
- The pet carrier must be of appropriate size, sufficiently ventilated and must be placed under the seat.
- Passengers are responsible for their pet's behavior and should take all necessary precautions to avoid inconvenience to other passengers.
- Allowed pets: cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, birds and other small animals.
- Not allowed pets: dangerous species such as wild animals, venomous snakes, lizards, and other reptiles.
