Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled journey will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled journey will be eligible for a refund, however a cancellation fee will be deducted.
- If the trip is cancelled by Transdev, you will receive a full refund.
- If the trip is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, Transdev is not obligated to provide a refund.
- If you miss a bus due to a delay caused by the bus company, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If you need to make a change to your ticket, you may be charged a fee.
- If you are traveling with a group, you may be eligible for a group discount.
- If you are traveling with a pet, you may be required to pay a pet fee.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Transdev in the country with code gb allows passengers to bring one small suitcase per person, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
- Passengers are allowed to bring one small carry-on per person, with a maximum weight of 5 kg.
- Additional luggage may be permitted with prior arrangement with the bus operator, but may incur additional taxes.
- Luggage that is allowed on Transdev includes personal items such as laptops, cameras, and other items of a similar size.
- The following items are not allowed on Transdev: weapons, hazardous materials, and any item that is deemed to be a safety risk.

- Small animals such as cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds are allowed to travel onboard on Transdev, but must be carried in an appropriate container.
- The pet must not be a danger to other passengers, staff, or the driver, and must not cause any undue disruption to the service.
- Pets must be kept in the passenger's lap or on the floor of the bus.
- No other type of pet is allowed to travel on Transdev.
