Transirliner offers a generous cancellation policy for passengers travelling in the country where code equals to za.
Passengers can cancel their ticket up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.
In cases of emergency, passengers may cancel their ticket up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.
In case of any changes to the travel itinerary, passengers may cancel their ticket up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any cancellation fees.
If a passenger cancels their ticket between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, they will incur a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the ticket price.
If a passenger cancels their ticket within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time, they will incur a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the ticket price.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
The luggage policy on Transirliner in the country with the code 'za' allows passengers to check in two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of up to 23kg per passenger.
Each piece of luggage should not exceed 158cm in size (height + width + depth).
Any additional items such as golf clubs, skis, bicycles, and other non-standard items will be subject to an extra fee.
Transirliner also allows passengers to bring one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 8kg and a maximum size of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
Any items that are prohibited on board Transirliner include firearms, explosives, flammable liquids, and dangerous goods.
Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 5kg of medicines, baby food, and special dietary foods free of charge.
Transirliner reserves the right to refuse any luggage that exceeds the limits or does not meet the company’s standards.

Pets must be under the direct control of their owner at all times.
Any pet-related damage must be compensated for by the owner.
