• Full refunds are provided if tickets are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the departure time.
• Partial refunds are provided if tickets are cancelled within 24 hours of departure time, depending on the fare rules.

• Luggage Policy: On Translux buses in South Africa, each passenger is allowed to bring one bag in the cabin, plus a personal item such as a laptop bag or handbag.
