- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of departure, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fare.
- If the driver arrives late due to unavoidable circumstances, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. You must contact the company within 24 hours of the trip’s completion for a refund.
- If the bus is cancelled due to mechanical failure, inclement weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If you need to reschedule your trip, you must contact the company at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. You will not be charged a fee, but you may be required to pay a different fare depending on the availability of seats.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Passengers on Trans North Bus & Coach are allowed to bring one standard-sized piece of luggage and one personal item (handbag, laptop bag, small backpack, etc.) aboard the bus.
- Any additional pieces of luggage (suitcases, boxes, large backpacks, etc.) must be checked in with the driver and will incur an additional fee.
- The maximum combined weight of passenger's luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms. All luggage should be securely packed, but it is not necessary to lock it.
- The following items are not allowed aboard the bus: weapons, hazardous materials, flammable items, live animals, and anything else that may endanger the safety of the passengers or the driver.
- An extra tax of $3 per piece of checked luggage may be applicable in some areas.
