Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Zak Express has a strict cancellation policy for bus tickets in PL. Cancellations are only allowed up to 24 hours prior to departure.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances, Zak Express will work to provide an alternate solution or a full refund.
- In the event of a missed connection, Zak Express will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
- In case of sickness or medical emergency, Zak Express may provide a full refund if the customer provides a doctor’s note or other proof of illness.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- All passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage onboard Zak Express free of charge.
- The maximum weight for each piece of luggage is 20 kg.
- Any additional pieces of luggage will be subject to additional taxes.
- Passengers are allowed to bring carry-on items such as laptops, tablets, and hand luggage that fit in the overhead locker or under the seat in front of them.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any items that are deemed dangerous, including firearms, knives, and any other items that could be used as weapons.
- Passengers are also not allowed to bring any fragile items such as glass or items that might spill or damage other passengers’ luggage.

• Zak Express allows small pets in carriers on board as long as they do not disturb other passengers. • All pets must be muzzled or in an enclosed pet carrier throughout the entire journey. • Pets should be kept on the passenger's lap or under the seat. • All pet carriers must be leak-proof and properly ventilated. • Pets must not occupy a seat. • Pets are not allowed on any of the overnight services.
